Messiah would conquer death for all time

Prophecy:

"He
will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord God will wipe away tears from off
all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the
earth: for the Lord hath spoken it."

Isaiah 25:8

Fulfillment:

"But is now made manifest by the
appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath
brought life and immortality to light through the gospel"

O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of
death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which
giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians
15:55-57

and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and

For David speaketh
concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right
hand, that I should not be moved: Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue
was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope: Because thou wilt not leave
my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.
