For the day of the LORD upon
all of the nations is near;
As you have done
it shall be done to you…
But on Mount Zion there shall
be deliverance,
And there shall be holiness;
The house of Jacob shall
possess their possessions

Wars and rumors of war
Arise, O God, plead Your own cause;
Remember how the foolish man reproaches You daily.
Do not forget the voice of Your enemies;
The tumult of those who rise up against You increases continually. (Psalm 74:22-23)
Aliyah – Restoration Phase 1
"For a mere moment I have forsaken you,
But with great mercies I will gather you.
With a little wrath I hid My face from you for a moment;
But with everlasting kindness I will have mercy on you,"
Says the LORD, your Redeemer. (Isaiah 54 7-8)
Israel's Promised Land
Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, "Command the children of Israel, and say to them: 'When you come into the land of Canaan, this is the land that shall fall to you as an inheritance — the land of Canaan to its boundaries…’” (Numbers 34:1-2)
God’s Mercy & Faithfulness to Israel
Thus says the LORD,
Who gives the sun for a light by day,
The ordinances of the moon and the stars for a light by night,
Who disturbs the sea,
And its waves roar
(The LORD of hosts is His name):
"If those ordinances depart
From before Me, says the LORD,
Then the seed of Israel shall also cease
From being a nation before Me forever."
Thus says the LORD:
"If heaven above can be measured,
And the foundations of the earth searched out beneath,
I will also cast off all the seed of Israel
For all that they have done, says the LORD. (Jeremiah 31:35-37)
